Main Resort Policies
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
·       All rates are in USD$ and are per room per night (based on double occupancy) on a bed and full breakfast basis.

·       All rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 8.8% Goods & Services Tax.

·       Check in is from 2pm on day of arrival and check out is by 12pm on day of departure.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Check-in time: 2pm
Check-out time: 12 noon

Early Arrival or Late Departure
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

FAMILY PLAN
No additional fee for children under 12 years of age occupying the same guest room as their parents or guardians (space permitting). For reservations and information, please contact the Resort directly.

Extra Occupant Charges
·       0 to 3 years old – free of charge
·       4 to 12 years old – USD$50/- per child per night including breakfast
·       13 years and above – USD$100/- per person per night including breakfast

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION TERMS
Full payment must be received by the hotel a minimum of 14 days prior to the arrival of the guest or the booking will be subject to cancellation, and as such, cancellation charges will apply.

Bookings cancelled within 30 days and 15 days prior to arrival date will incur cancellation charges equal to 50% of the total booking.

Bookings cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur cancellation charges equal to 100% of the total booking.

Cancellations must be received in writing by the hotel or its representative and confirmed by the hotel as being received.

Bookings made for the period of 24th December 2013 to 6th January 2014 must be paid in full latest by 30th September 2013 to confirm the reservation, and will be subject to the following conditions:

·       Between 90 and 61 days prior to arrival date, cancellation charges equal to 50% of the entire stay will apply.
·       Cancellation made within 60 days of arrival, charges equal to 100% of the entire stay will apply.
·        
If the client has a credit account, an invoice will be rendered immediately after the guests departure and is payable within 14 days of the date of invoice.

All late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures will be charged in full.

MANDATORY TRANSFER
Transfers from the Airport via Seaplane and Domestic Airplane are available.

Other Important Resort Policies
BABYSITTING / CHILD CARE POLICY
Babysitting services can be arranged with at least 24 hours advance notice.

CHECK CASHING POLICY
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

CONNECTING ROOM POLICY
The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms. Please request for connecting rooms in advance, subject to availability.

CREDIT CARDS
American Express, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

CURRENCY POLICY
Please note that all prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD), do not include taxes or gratuities, and may be subject to change.

EXTRA BEDDING POLICY
Our service personnel will be thrilled to provide a crib for guests with infants, available upon request. Additional beds are also available by request only, one per room, for an additional fee. Please advise the Resort of your needs when making your reservation. Blankets and additional pillows can also be requested.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
An early departure fee of the full length of stay and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY POLICY
Please note that the maximum occupancy in all villas is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child, unless otherwise specified.
